      We have been customers since **** Green did the plumbing himself. We have a 1922 ***** House, and thus, old plumbing had to be replaced over the 30 plus years we have lived in the house. I jokingly say that we put at least one of ****'s children through college, as we have spent so much money with GoGreen. We have stuck with GoGreen as it has expanded to a full service Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical Company. So, like all big companies, GoGreen became a bit more bureaucratic, and more expensive than the "mom and pop" operations we have used previously. And they have a sales model that tries to sell you everything under the sun, and at times they will even try to sell you the sun itself. But it is a soft sell and they always provide different price options with creative service and financing opportunities. They keep a photo record of their work, so no one gets bamboozled. I have not met an office manager or technician who hasn't been extremely polite and done excellent work. On the rare occasion, when something needs to be redone, GoGreen is polite, quick, and reliable to fix things. So while the company has grown, it has never lost its friendly attitude. It's work is always good, and always clean. And GoGreen's RELIABILITY is awesome! I will take that any day!

      The technician installed a new fill valve, which he had to go out and get, even though my problem was a running toilet, and that is a common item.After repair, toilet runs in a different way, but not fixed.I called immediately to rectify the problem, and have to wait a week for a suitable and confirmed appointment. I was not guaranteed that service charge would be waived because there might be a new problem. Since I was calling only an hour later, I contend that a new problem was already there and should have been diagnosed on the first visit. Stay tuned.

      While pushing my dryer back into its original location after cleaning all around it, I broke the connection that runs into the floor and through the crawl space. I tried and tried to fix it. All I accomplished was frustrating myself completely. Called Go Green Plumbing and they sent Kyle out to remedy the problem. Kyle was professional, efficient and extremely thorough. He made the connection better than it originally was and I could not have been happier. I only had a small window of time and Kyle finished, with time to spare, did an awesome job and left everything neat and orderly. Thanks Go Green for sending Kyle to fix the problem I had created! He was awesome…

      Justin came out to give me a quote. Very professional and easy to talk to. Helped me with finding a location for a tankless gas water heater that complied with the Code. Hard to do with an older home 1940’s with plaster walls but he found the perfect location that worked with the Code and met my desire to get it out of my kitchen. Explained everything as he was looking at options and what would be needed and why. Would definitely do business with them again.

      My experience with Go Green Plumbing was highly disappointing. Not only did they take an exceptionally long time to resolve the problem at hand, but their service charges were exorbitant. The delayed response and excessive fees left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would caution others to explore alternative options before considering Go Green Plumbing. The problem I had was outside with my sewer. I initially told Go Green that. Instead, the rep came into my home and started checking my toilets persuading me to change them out to save money on my water bill. All the toilets were replaced that day but my sewer problem outside was not. Go Green came out to my home an additional 2 times after and finally repaired my initial problem. I’m a first time home buyer and I had no idea what to do and the Go Green rep had no problem persuading me to fix something that was not broken.

      This work in question was completed 6/29/2022 and the customer accepted/signed the option she chose to go with as we provide many options and explain each. There was an issue with getting the sewer line cleared the first time but we did send out 2 different technicians at no additional charge to get the line cleared correctly after finding there was sticks and wood debris in close to her clean out area. This visit was resolved and the customer was happy per our recorded phone conversations. We received an email from the financing company on 6/1/2023 stating that the customer was disputing the charges due to being overcharged. On 6/21/2023 the customer returned our call about the request and she stated that she disputed it as she has ran into an issue with funds and was not able to pay on her financing loan any longer and asked if we could help her out. We directed her to GreenSky financing as that is who her loan is with and she would need to make an agreement with them. There has not been any other communication with this customer since.

      My experience with Go Green Plumbing was anything but positive. I hired them to find an invisible water leak under the slab foundation of my home. The did a "leak location" which turned out to be way off the mark, under the kitchen floor, not in the hall bath. They then began a repair based on that location and quickly discovered they hadn't found the leaking pipe. I was charged full price for both the leak detection and the estimate for a repair that they couldn't move forward with, a cost of over $2,500, and had to start over with a company who DID accurately locate the leak within inches. My calls to the manager to request some compensation were not returned. I finally went in person and was offered only an $850 refund. I was told they had already "credited" back to me the cost of the leak detection ($558) in the estimate cost to begin the repair, a credit that they didn't show on the pdf estimate I had received and signed off on to begin work. They told me the check for $850 would be sent within 7-10 business days. Six weeks later no check had come. When I called about it, they claimed the check had been issued to me on the day of my visit. Not true. Only after I threatened action against them did a check for $850 come. My written request for a refund of the $558 for a "leak detection" which their equipment or expertise was inadequate to do was never answered. I would not recommend a company that behaves in this manner to ANYONE. Zero stars.

      Go Green was called out to the home on 5/9 for a water leak location call on a concrete slab home. After completing a evaluation we found that the home does not have a conventional setup and the customer chose to go ahead with our leak detection device that locates a leak within 5 ft. of the leak location. The leak detection pricing comes off any repairs chosen. We provided 3 options to Mrs. ****** along with letting her know that we could also add on isolation valves to the manifold so we can isolate the leaking section in order to possibly reroute just one line. The 3 options consisted on a permanent solution, spot repair and an exploratory option. The customer chose to go with the exploratory option which was an extensive diagnostic. While our professional install team was completing the diagnostic, the manifold was not in the assumed location. Our install team talked with Mrs. ****** about the failed attempt and let her know that if she decides to have a spot repair completed, she will need to call American Leak Detectors so that they can verify the leak location to have a 2nd set of eyes. Mrs. ****** stated that she will give them a call and we asked her to keep us in the loop so that we know when ALD is done and we can schedule a return visit for the repair and the diagnostic charges will be taken off the repair option chosen at that time. The insurance agent working with ******* called in and spoke with one of our managers about the original leak detection charge being returned. We sent him the option that was chosen showing the return of that charge and he apologized for the call. Mrs. ****** then called in to talk with our Install Manager on 5/23 at 4:04pm in which he was at another customers home for the evening and we let her know that we will have him to check his schedule in order to schedule a meeting with her. On 6/03, Mrs. ****** showed up at our facility asking to have a meeting with the manager and the Office Manager sat down and went over all the details with her. She expressed that she never received the $489 leak detection price back in which it was stated on our second visit invoice (we showed it to her from the paperwork she had in a folder), She expressed to us that she did have ALD out to locate the leak and then called another company out for an additional repair estimate which was cheaper than our option. After talking it over and showing her the invoice, a $850 refund check was provided that same day in hand via our finance department since she had the work completed via another company. We expressed with her that we really wished she had kept us in the loop with her decisions as this confusion would have been cleared up before now. Then on 7/15 we received a call from Mrs. ****** that she never received the $850 refund check. The finance manager spoke with her and let her know that the check was provided the day that she came in to our facility (shows in our Quick Books) but we see that the check was never cashed and will issue her a new check in the mail 5-10 business days.

      I called to schedule an appointment because my fathers house has a leak. I called and Jade said she had to have verbal confirmation from my dad. So I drove over to my Dad’s because he doesn’t own a phone and let him know they needed verbal confirmation. I called and I informed the guy that Jade was requesting a verbal confirmation to come out and asked if he needed to speak with him. He said he would put it in the notes. Then I receive a voicemail this morning requesting that same verbal confirmation and then saying she needed to get more details about the leak. This is unorganized and unprofessional. Her excuse was they are new. Just unacceptable! I work!! I already had taken off for the appointment which really wasn’t much of an appointment because they didn’t give you a time just a 30 minute call out window. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

      We are very sorry to hear that a customer was unhappy with our home owner approval policy. The home owners approval is requested prior to any visit as they are the only ones that can grant permission for a company to step onto their property. All of our phone calls are recorded for safety purposes such as these and when this particular customer returned the call for the permission of the home owner, no communication was made from another person on the call.

      The word to describe this business best in my opinion is scammer. Don't trust the high Google review ratings. At the initiation of our maintenance agreement and first subsequent visit, we were urged to give 5 stars "because this affects how our technicians get their raises" etc. I would not have initially given every technician a 5 star rating, but did not want to be the reason that their pay rate may be affected negatively. Toilet fill valve/ flapper replacement issues: part of the maintenance agreement accounts for 2 free changes of these annually if needed. We did not have any actual issues with our master bath toilet, but the tech recommended to replace it. It has not consistently flushed proper since. The second tech found that the line was kinked and made an adjustment and it worked a little better for about 2 months, but again went back to not flushing properly on about 50% of the flushes. I regret letting them touch this toilet. Now to the real reason for the 1 star review involving an attempted HVAC scam. We were told that we needed over $3000 in repairs to our system and that it would be better to replace the unit. We made an appointment with a "comfort specialist" to discuss our options. I inquired if they offer promotions similar to other HVAC companies where you get the furnace free with an AC unit. I was told that other companies do at times, but they do not. Incidentally, I just heard a radio ad of theirs today that was offering just this promotion. The part of the ad about the promotion that irritated me the most was the fact that they actually described in the ad the reason for offering this promotion due to needing to move stock that has not been sold and keep technicians working. This all makes even more sense to me now looking back on their recommendation to replace my system. Fortunately, I did not follow their recommendation and got a second opinion.
