We have taken our 2018 Ram Eco Diesel to this Dealership twice in 6 months for the exact same problem. In February it took them 3 weeks to fix the issue or so we thought then May 8th it breaks down again and had to be towed to the Dealership from High Point. We still haven’t gotten the truck back, it’s one excuse after another on what’s wrong with it and they originally said the powertrain issues and it being in limp home mode was because it had less than 1/4 tank of diesel. The told the insurance adjuster that they would not take the intake off to verify if it had carbon buildup so the insurance company closed the claim and now we are having to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because of that. I called and asked to speak to the GM and was told he was with a customer and they would have to take a message and have him call me back and I have yet to hear from them, neither Keith F***** or Richard M*****, both GM’s for Tri-City, have called me back. I don’t believe they have a certified Diesel mechanic at this point since they can’t find the issue of why this keeps happening. They just replaced the EGR in February and now its throwing a code again that it needs to be replaced, I doubt they actually fixed it in February!!!!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever!!! NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK, NOT MANAGEMENT, NOT SUPERVISORS, NOT HEAD OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
