Doing business with this company was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole life. I was told that my pro just would take 5-6 weeks and we are on week 15 and it is almost finished. Also the workers that this company sent to work at my house were not qualified to do accomplish a professional job and it had to be fixed 2 times to make it better. Also the workers made such a mess on my floors with paint and Sheetrock that when they painted them they looked awful and were Not fixable! They make promises that they don’t fulfill. Good luck if you use this company!

This job was being done unfortunately during the covid period. We had workers in & out & some mistakes were made on drywall. We sent paint & drywall crew back at no expense to the customer & everything has been corrected. They requested a deaf smoke alarm & our electrician has ordered that & should be in this week, but getting some materials, like paint, during covid have been a problem. The project is completed except for the deaf smoke alarm & a punch list in the bathroom. I think if anyone visited the property, they would see its a beautiful basement remodel. Than customer chose, per our estimate, to wash & paint the basement concrete floor as opposed to putting any type of floor covering down. We did our best to sand out the concrete imperfections, so that could have been caused during construction, & the floor has been painted, as promised in the estimate. We painted & stained the steps that was not even in the estimate, trying our best to please the customer. We offered in an email yesterday, that she could deduct the price charged for painting the concrete floors, again, just trying to please the customer. If something goes wrong during one of our projects, we always do our best to make it right so the customer will be happy.
