      I purchased a certified 2022 GMC ****** 1500 SLT with ***** miles, one owner on 6/6/2023, in early July 2023, on my way home from a visit to the dealership the engine shut down. I had it taken back to the dealership, they looked it over and said the engine was defective and had to be replaced, dealer order dated 7/17/2023. It was covered under warranty. I expected to get the same vehicle as rental, got a 4-door vehicle which would not support my work on my property. It took almost 30 days to get truck rental, Colorado pickup. Meanwhile I'm paying a vehicle note almost $1,000 a month. I got my vehicle back and went on my honeymoon to ***** ******* the air conditioner went out, took it to a GMC dealer in *****, service manager said they nicked the condenser when they installed the new engine. The service manager and owner promised to reimburse me for three months of payments when they got the reimbursement check. The service manager and GMC corporate office requested documentation for the three payments, which provided. ****** tthe service manager called and said they finally got the check in January 2024, and they were working on processing the reimbursement. I kept calling until late February after they stopped returning my calls. I ****** the owner **** Westcott, he said he was looking into, and several days later emailed stating they could not honor the promise, because I wan't the original owner. I suspects they knew the engine had a problem, because the original owner traded it in with 9, 000 miles on it.

      This stealership is a scam!!! The sales person and the manager told me to put a refundable deposit down for used truck I was considering. I put $500 down. When the deal didn’t go through. I was told they were keeping the $500! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM ARTIST! AVOID AT ALL COST. Dante was the sales person. Chaz was the Sales manager.

      Thanks for the feedback and we always try to learn from them. In this interaction we will have to disagree with the assessment he has given and fell that we have been more than reasonable and were very accommodating.   Per the mutual written agreement,  he wanted us to hold this truck.  We did so and marked the truck Not For Sale.   Due to the unreasonably lengthy time that had passed with no contact from him,  we had to stand by the agreement you made.
