      September the 28 , 2023 my husband and I purchased a vehicle we thought. We had to put insurance on the vehicle before we drove it off the lot paying in total 270.00 for insurance on a vehicle they said we do not own! Before the 5th day we had to take it back due to a mechanical issue! It took them 5 weeks and still we weren’t able to keep the car while the bank put a hold on the check until the vehicle was returned to us ! As of today we are still getting letter with new credit report being done without our permission! The last one stated from October 2023, one time did we ever give them permission to run our credit not as many times they wanted to per month! My score alone dropped by 12 points and my husband over 20 points. I would like for our credit score to be fixed as well as our money for insurance,as stated by the manager Justin we never owned the vehicle!

      I bought a car from them less than two weeks ago. I traded it in to another dealership last night. The facts: -The price was lower than kbb, and had been at the dealership for months, which had me believe they were ready to move it. -During test drive, my salesman, Jake, told me exactly which route to take, avoiding highways or high speeds (which wasn’t a red flag then, but makes sense now) -was an alert on the dash, that before we left out of the lot post sale, they tried to fix but finally said they would take care of at the Chrysler dealership. -noticed the gas had 1/4 and asked for them to top it off before we drove home. They said no -Once we got on the highway we noticed a vibration around 65 mph. -then I got alerts from Carfax saying services due; an oil change/tire rotation. I ask and Jake says they were done. I ask for Carfax updated and I was told “not unless you bring it back for service.” I told him this didn’t make sense and asked for service to call me to explain. They didn’t. - noticed a ticking noise while sitting in traffic and then an alert comes on and goes back off. -took it to Chrysler for their owed fix. there are 48 codes. Yes. 48! -contact Jake and he admitted they’re aware of them. told him I felt like I had been sold a car with issues. -problem was fixed at Chrysler -called about a possible ext. warranty b/c of what was just learned (48 codes, empty coolant that had been leaking, nearly bald tires, engine/transmission mount failure) told it would be an extra $100-$200 monthly! -They asked before I leave a review. I read their reviews recently see why The feelings: -was sold a car with known issues at low cost in order to make a sale -entire dealership had a pass the buck/not my problem vibe -No solutions were offered since its “as-is”. -Through the process, I’ve learned through several local industry employees that Reidsville Nissan has a reputation. if nothing else about this scares you from buying from these scammers, that should.
