              Crescent Ford diagnosed my car as needing a Power Steering Rack. They wanted to charge approx $2400 for the part alone because it wasn't in stock, and with zero return on the core, even thought they get $400 return on core. I was able to buy the part for $1600 ($400 core return)at a Ford dealership in ********** *** I drove 6 hours round trip to pickup the part Crescent Ford added additional so called screw and bolt costs to my bill in order to absorb the core costs for themselves. I want Crescent Ford to properly repair my vehicle so it's safe to drive without additional costs and to return my core charge that they had no right to absorb in finding other parts to charge that were not included in the original quote. I was never emailed a documented copy of the original quote. The service advisor showed us one number of $2500 that he claims to have quoted for the whole job, which is totally false.

              Doug the service manager desperately needs people skills training , and then needs to be fired !!! My husband, who is a 76 year old Vietnam Veteran who has suffered a traumatic brain injury, was having trouble with the service technician, so he asked for Doug the service manager. Doug did not try to understand my husband's concern and kept telling him the same thing over and over. He had my husband backed against the glass wall and was towering over him with his 100 pound weight advantage and height, in an intimidating way, talking over him. Before any conclusion could be reached, we were asked to leave. I tried to make contact with Doug to explain the medical situation.....well let's just say I'm still waiting to hear back from him. I bought my first car here at age 22, I am now 58. Do the math. This is how long I have done business with Crescent Ford. No longer a fan, nor a customer for life. Your reaction to elderly , disabled persons is deplorable !! Hope you are proud of yourselves !
