              I was charged for an extended oil change service agreement for $395.00 by Blane , the day I got home and saw this I contacted Blane and asked him to refund the money , as I ever asked or agreed to this service. he ( Blane ) agreed to refund my money. I have made about 8 calls to Asheboro Nissan and spoke with Blane he advise me this would be refunded however it’s been well over a month and still no refund. I’m extremely disappointed in this dealership and especially Blane the financial person there.

              I remembered Asheboro Nissan from when I lived there briefly so after giving up on Raleigh dealers, I drove the 90 miles to try them. They were honest and helpful, very informative without pushing the sale, gave me plenty of gas and freedom to test drive as much as needed. It’s a tight market so all i hoped for was a little respect and a well equipped new car. They were wonderful compared to all other dealers. They explained their cars’ features completely and only suggested the usual upsells like extended protections and clearcoat. Other dealers wouldn’t sell without them forcing them onto the bottom line. I loved their friendly honest approach and will go nowhere else if possible.
