      I am reaching out to file a formal complaint against Electronic Arts **** (EA) concerning an issue that has significantly affected my user ******************************* has gone unresolved despite numerous attempts to rectify it through the proper channels provided by the company.My EA account (Email: orlova-***************** ID: ROzndfhnu) was suspended without warning or justified cause. As a user, I have consistently complied with EA's service terms and user agreement without any infractions that would rationalize this action.Despite my efforts to resolve the issue through EA's designated appeal process, my attempts have been met with resistance and a lack of cooperation. Each of my appeals has been dismissed with a generic response, indicating that the decision to suspend my account is final without providing a thorough investigation into the matter or offering a detailed explanation as to why such action was taken.It is concerning that EA has not exhibited a willingness to engage in a meaningful dialogue or to conduct a proper review of the circumstances leading to the suspension of my account. Their refusal to actively investigate or consider the possibility of an error has left me with no recourse but to seek external assistance.I am confident in stating that I have not violated any of EA's terms of service or engaged in any misconduct that would justify the suspension of my account. The lack of transparency and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction in handling my case is distressing, to say the least.Therefore, I am turning to the Better Business Bureau for help in addressing this matter. I kindly request your assistance in mediating this issue with Electronic Arts **** to ensure a fair and just examination of my case.       I am writing to file a formal complaint against EA Corporation regarding the suspension of my Apex account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with EA's customer support, I have encountered nothing but frustration and stonewalling.My EA account, under the ** "************," was suddenly suspended without any explanation or warning. Concerned about this unexpected action, I promptly reached out to EA's support team through their designated channel at help.ea.com. However, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with evasive responses and a lack of transparency.I have diligently provided evidence to support my case, including the discovery of unfamiliar login IPs on my EA platform, indicating potential unauthorized access to my account. Despite this alarming discovery, EA has failed to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. Repeated requests for clarification regarding the reason for the suspension have been met with dismissive replies, and my inquiries have been summarily closed without resolution.This ongoing ordeal has persisted for over a year, during which time I have made numerous attempts to engage with EA in good faith to rectify the situation. Regrettably, EA has consistently failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or even basic transparency regarding the status of my account.At this point, I am left with no recourse but to seek external intervention. I implore the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and compel EA Corporation to provide a comprehensive explanation for the suspension of my account.my gaming account's associated email address is .
