Wow! Talk about great service and product confidence! My husband and I are senior citizens in need of a new water softener. Our first softener was a Kinetico that lasted well over 25 years. We did our due diligence researching three companies. We met with representatives of each and researched on the internet. Although not inexpensive we again went with a Kinetico. ******************************* the territory manager met with us twice, patiently answering all our questions regarding the product, waranty and the chemistry of our very hard water. ****** also took seriously our concern of the long wait time it might take to have a system installed. Our need was answered with a complete installation in less then a week. ***************************, installer, arrived the appointed time and he was prepared with everything needed. I was impressed that he followed health procedures by wearing a mask. He removed the old system, installed the new one and left everything in order and clean! ****** and ****** represented their company excellently and left us feeling confident that we made the right decision again using Kinetico Water Systems.

******************************* is a Rockstar! He is professional, friendly, and great to work with. He definitely knows his stuff and is willing to share his knowledge. We had no idea how hard our water was and how it can affect everything from how the water tastes, to the amount of detergent you need to use to get dishes and clothes clean.The system speaks for itself! Immediately we noticed a difference in the taste of the water and how our skin felt after showering. Highly recommend not only the water system but ****** as a sales rep.
