            We purchased airfare to ****** through wholesale flights. Our flight was cancelled due to the Hamas attack. The airline told us there would be a refund regardless of flight insurance as the flight was cancelled. They also told us ********** agent would need to handle that refund for us. Wholesale flights have refused to refund any of the $5000 of ticket costs. They have also refused to take our calls.

            I have made my reservations with wholesale flights for years and I have always been very happy with prompt reply and best offer they can provide. They were very helpful when I didn't understand things, was very patient with me and always payed attention to my special requests. I would always make my reservations with wholesale flights A satisfied customer.
