    ** January 11, 2024, I, ************************* brought my 2009 ****** Corolla to ****************** Center located at ************************************************************************* for a scheduled standard oil change. Talked to ******* (one of the mechanics) told him the car hadn't been running as usual and if they could please check. Picked up my car, oil change completed, the afternoon of 01/11/24 and was informed that my drivers side cv axle had a torn outer boot. (invoice#*********). Scheduled an appointment for 1/18/24. During those seven days between appointments my car worsened. The engine didn't have as much power, was misfiring and felt like it was going to die while idling. I informed ******* of all this 1/18/24. Trap's mechanics did their diagnostics and replaced the cars air filter, fuel filter and cabin filter as well remove and replace the driver's side cv axle. I was told the cars spark plugs didn't have to be changed until ******* miles. ** 1/18/24 my cars mileage read ******. They assured me that my car was fixed. I paid $832.86 invoice #*********. Three days later 1/22/24 my cars check engine light came on. I brought my car back to them. I was informed that I needed 1 spark plug and coil replaced. I told them to just change all 4. All 4 spark plugs and ignition coils were replaced. Costing me another $893.27 invoice *********. Needless to say, my car was not "fixed". I asked the owner to please drive my car and understand that after i spent $1726.13 they did not fix my car. I was told to make an appointment. I brought my car back on 2/5/24 and was told I may have a blown head gasket. I already knew that, 1/25/24 I brought my car to ********************** in **********. Gave them no information and the told me my head gasket was blown. I feel Trap's employee's were negligent at the very least. Had they diagnosed my car correctly the first time I'd be out $3-4000. But my car would be fixed. I'm a 77yr old woman. Traps needs to give me back some money so I can fix my car.
