  • It has come to BBB's attention that timeshare owners with property in Mexico and Canada are contacted by Exclusive Property Management informing them that they have a buyer for their timeshares. Complaints in our files indicate that they don't actually have buyers for the properties and it appears once paperwork & contracts are returned, Exclusive Property Management starts asking the seller for varying amounts money to be wired for taxes and escrow fees. It appears that once Exclusive Property Management feels they can no longer get additional money from the seller all communication from the company stops.

    Mail sent to the address we have on file has been returned by the post office as "no such address".
