StubHub Never delivered to me tickets i purchased. Customer service in a foreign country, wasted 45 minutes of my time on phone, but they refused to refund their service fee. I will never do business with them again.Review from Steph N

Don’t do it! We purchased tickets for a Christmas gift and just last week found out the tickets will never be transferred, nor given alternative tickets as promised in their terms and conditions! I only checked because I saw another complaint on social media. The fan protect guarantee is a lie! This is heartbreaking and robbery!!! I hope a news outlet picks this story up!Review from Nancy H

I will never buy tickets from Stub Hub again. On the day of the event, I had to call them 5 times to request that they send me the tickets I purchased. four months earlier. One **************** Rep told me that he called the "Super Seller" and that my tickets were going to be emailed to me with in the hour. The next call I made to tell them I'd not received my tickets, the *** was reading the his notes and told me that the Super Seller didn't even answer the phone. So the first *** lied.Their marketing info states that" We will do everything possible to find equal, or better seats for you if you don't receive the tickets you purchased." I checked the venue's website. There were still similar tickets available online. The last *** that I spoke to also told me that they don't have or buy tickets. They just resell other people's tickets. So the claim that they will do everything possible to get me replacement tickets was a lie as well.I will never do business or recommend Stub Hub again.Review from Mikayla G

StubHub is an abomination. Accidentally input wrong email address when purchasing tickets as a guest. They were fraudulently claimed by someone else. StubHub was unable to do anything about it nor refund me. No identity verification in place for consumer safety. Thanks a lot StubHub. 240 dollars down the drain.Review from Brittany B

After purchasing tickets 7 months in advance they were not delivered by the show date and time. StubHub refused to do anything to help other than refund the ticket price AFTER taking off work, traveling and paying for a hotel room. DO NOT USE STUB HUB IT IS A SCAM. I was told *** lost my tickets and I after buying more tickets and being able to attend I found that my seats were occupied by someone elseReview from Branco R

An accidental click on Stubhub's sponsored ad landed me on their page, thinking I was on a legitimate ticketing site like Ticketmaster. Their web design completely fooled me into thinking I was buying a legitimate ticket. I was completely shocked after my purchase to receive an email that I had actually purchased a "resold" ticket, at double the rate of a new ticket. I immediately called to cancel my order, but they refused. I had never heard of Stubhub before, but now I understand that this business is a scam, and am doing my part to warn off any potential future customers. Ideally, I would like Stubhub to refund my money and alter their website so that it clearly states at checkout that you are purchasing a resold ticket from another owner.Review from Uriel R

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I LOST $125, and when I came for the show I see that I have no tickets on my account. I bought again tickets and paid twice. I called next day to ask them for the refund they said someone will get back to me in 2 days, its bee. A month since then, no one called me back. Its a scamReview from Gareth T

I purchased a +$400 ticket. Was sent an email saying they would send me the ticket, then after I get to my location they say I have to travel to a hotel away from the location to get my ticket. Missed two days of my event. Then I'm on the app and it doesn't even have my tickets listed that I had purchased, but I was still receiving emails to not contact the hotel that they told me to go to. Total rip off! Waste of time and money traveling across **********!
