I've had terrible service by this company. First during installation in Nov 2021, when I caught them trying to use fasteners that clearly said on the container not to be used near the coast and I am a block from the coast, terrible communication with them showing up unannounced, and errors in my email address resulting in them sending my personal info to a stranger. Now that I need service from them a year and a half after installation, they completely ignore my requests, providing empty promises that a service person will contact me on 2 occasions and never actually doing it. When I asked could they at least provide a recommendation for an electrician that would familiar with solar systems, they did not provide, and when I hired one and they told me I had an unsafe breaker installed in the solar box, Occidental wouldn't even come and check their work. I since have had PG&E come for a different reason and he noted they had installed a temporary connection in the main meter box, not a permanent one. I'm left alone with no help from this company which I highly regret ever hiring.
