I purchased a solar system 5/28/2020 from Liberty Bay Solar Company and because Liberty solar did not the win roofing contract bid, on my roof; The *** ********************* held a 2 year grudge against me and refuse to do any maintenance on the solar system for 2 years and 4 months, to enclude this NOVERBER 2023. Currently the solar edge wave inverter for my system is now not supported because of new updates. and new upgrades, and new SD scuzzy drive SD/4G sim cards needed, to be replaced so that the solar inverter can record what panels are bad and what panels are okey. The system is only putting out 2.2 kws. The contract guarantee is 4kws hours. This system has cost me $3800.00 PG&E **** currently the *** of Liberty Bay Solar says he will not repair solar system. He is still angry and upset about a 2 year old lost contract grudge he failed to win He stated this to my face September and October 2023. I also have Email to show his refusals ,to do maintenance on the solar system. He even had me to buys a cat5 cable for solar repairs, that he did not use. I have provided and tried , with extensive attempts to try and resolve these solar maintenance repairs problems with Liberty Bay Solar Company with no results to date. Always a Liberty Bay Solar excuse. i request refund of $3800.00 pg&e bill payment, replacement with new solar edge inverter, and repair of all bad solar panels and necessities as needed. Please help.
