I was scheduled to have my roof replaced on Monday, April 8, 2024. I contacted Sunrun in December 2023 to schedule the removal and re-installation of my solar panels. I received a quote from Sunrun on Dec 19, 2023, for the ************************** I signed the contract on Dec 19, 2023. I then schedule the removal of my solar panels for April 1, 2024. After I scheduled my appointment, I had not heard a word from Sunrun over the last several months, so I called Sunrun on Friday, March 29, 2024, to confirm my appointment for Monday April 1. I was told my appointment was set and that the removal team would arrive between 8-11 AM. At 1:00 PM today (April 1), Sunrun had not shown up nor had I received a call or text from Sunrun. I called Sunrun and spoke with *****. ***** told me he was trying to reach ****** (my case coordinator) but was unable to reach her. He then told me that he contacted the field supervisor. ***** stated that the truck that was on its way to my home had broken down, but they were hopeful that they would still be able to get to my house in time to remove the panels today (April 1, 2024). Then ****** called me. She said that the team leader (****?) of the team that was supposed to remove my panels quite Sunrun a couple of months ago and that through some screwup within Sunrun, I was not on the schedule. Also, ****** informed me that the permit to remove my panels was never obtained and that I would now be rescheduled to have my panels removed sometime in June. I have attempted to contact ******/Sunrun/Customer Care on April 4, April 10, April 12, and April 15. Each time ****** was "unavailable". When I did talk to someone at their ********************* they said they have elevated my complaint, but I still have not been contacted.I want Sunrun to expedite getting my permit and get the Solar Panels removed ASAP.
