      Ive order 4 window shutter from this company. And prepaid $5000 for all shutter in advance by end of November 2021. The initial installation completion date should be around the end of March. But there are 3-4 times human errors that cause delay. Like made wrong frame due to staff error. They remade for my shutter many times that I cant count. I dont understand why there's no one who could monitor this case in this company. These actually affect my house plans as we plan to sell our house in 1H this year. Its already been delayed almost one year (4/1-12/05, 9 months) and so far I even dont know when can I get everything done. The 0.1%~1%/day compensation should be fair and reasonable. Therefore, I would like to ask for a refund of $1,500 as compensation before installing the new shutter. After one year delay and mistakes, they only offer $450 credit back instead of initial $200. I still dont feel comfortable with the service. VERY disappointed with this company.

      I ordered blinds for my entire house in the summer of 2021, at a cost of $2700, on a 24 month interest free plan through *********** The sales person did a great sales pitch, but that was the end of the positive experience. I was told the blinds would arrive in October, so I was thrilled when I got a call telling me they were ready in September. However, to my shock, I was told that an installer would have to "volunteer" to go to my house on a Saturday to install them. When I talked with the sales person, who then wouldn't talk to me after I complained, he never said that Bay Home & Window relied on "volunteer" employees to install blinds. Had I known that, I never would have given them my business. ********** refuses to take any responsibility for what ********************************* has not done. I also found out that *** had actually not given me a 24 month interest free account, but an 18 month one. So that appeared to be a lie. After going back-and-forth with the *** manager, and an initial cancellation on their part, an installer finally made it to my house. However, one blind was too short and two of the valances were broken. It's been weeks and no word from *** on the status of the re-installation. In the meantime I have continued to make my monthly payments, even though the service and respond time from Bay Home & Window has been terrible. I had to pay someone to move furniture away from the windows so that the blinds could be installed. I haven't been able to move the furniture back because the broken valances have not been replaced.Disappointed and still paying for incomplete services/broken products in South County

      We have spoken with this customer, and found her to be quite wonderful There were certainly some misunderstandings, and, after our conversation today, we believe she will be removing this post.
