I spoke to ***** at 9:10am, (she was person scheduling) to determine when tech would arrive.She was very was rude. I had Scheduled three days prior and on this day of appt. She was to call me the day before to confirm time. she claims she did not have my address. They were due to arrive between 8 and 11 today. This is the second time I had an appointment with them and canceled because she did not provide me with info I need to be ready for the onsite. I advised that I needed to pick up my granddaughter from school by 1pm. Asked if they would be finished in time. She said she did not know when tech would arrive and that she didnt have all information on what work was needed. I told her a faucet and she said what kind of faucet kitchen or bathroom? I told her kitchen and that I had told her three days earlier what needed to be done and had an estimate on cost from her. She then said, If you have concerns you should cancel, she said she did not want me putting pressure on her tech. I think that she should have answered all her questions at the time she gave me the quote and scheduled the appointment time. Needless to say I canceled and never will do business with this company.
