***** was professional, knowledgeable, and corrected the two problem issues. He also pointed out pipe concerns caused by improper installation, and the use of corrosive drain cleaner. He clearly explained why and what he was doing, at each stage of his work. He was accompanied by a trainee, and exhibited outstanding training skills - clarity, patience, appropriate manner with the customer, and support. We contacted Roto-Rooter due to a backed up sewer line. **************, Roto-Rooter, appeared within a few hours and professionally and efficiently cleared up our line. Additionally, he explained a few issues about our line (the property was built at the turn of the century) and offered concrete suggestions. He also noted some sub-par work that our neighbors had done, and patiently explained why it would not pass code and how to correct it. The plumber was excellent with a strong knowledge of his trade. I have plumbing from 1 961 which was difficult to work with. However, he took the time and with his skill and patience, managed to repair my leaking faucets without having to replace them. He is a *******************.
