            I had Economy Plumbing come out to fix a leaking drain on a new bathroom sink/faucet. $250. A little pricey for putting on waterproofing tape but I needed it fixed. Not 2 weeks later its leaking again. I call them out, same guy shows up. He tells me it will be $250. to fix it, again. I am upset and tell him it should of been fixed the first time. He says well you need a new drain stopper(sorry, I don't know the real term), this one is bad. This new drain stopper is bad but it wasn't bad 2 weeks ago? He tells me that he had asked me if I wanted to replace it and I had said no. This did not happen. I told him to go. I called another plumbing company and this plumber told me that it was not even taped good at all. That it looked like a 4 year old did the work. This plumber just tapped it up and all is well, for over a month now. I explained all of this to the owner/manager at Economy Plumbing. She was apologetic and said she would refund my $250. It never happened, I'm so disappointed in this company and feel ripped off.

            Hi ****, Oh my goodness! After reading your review I went through my records. I thought I sent the refund but it is still in my folder to be submitted. I am so sorry about not sending you the refund. You are absolutely correct that I told you that and it is in my notes to be refunded. This was a total oversight on my part and I will get the check out today. As far as the plumbing issue goes we are truly sorry that you had this type of experience. We pride ourselves in thorough and efficient repairs as well as good customer service. This was a very unusual circumstance being that we did not provide the original pop up assembly and the repairs did not go as well as they should have.
