***** was the lead plumber during our recent hallway bathroom project. He failed to communicate that service area in the bathroom (shower) not only had multiple leaks occurring, but were also causing black mold growth. When the homeowner further expected the work area and the materials ***** and his team had taken out of the wall, she found a lot of black mold. When homeowner brought this to *****'s attention, he brushed it off. When second homeowner persisted about the issue, ***** dismissed the concerns as "he sees it all the time." Which, causes concern that ***** is coming across this health hazard in other clients' homes and instead of communicating what is found, he is allowing it to become a bigger issue and health threat. In addition to being negligent about the leaks and mold, ***** and team left an additional leak running in the bathroom that caused flooding to occur overnight, adding more moisture to an already compromised area.We paid the invoice that was generated to avoid being taken to collections, but we would like to be refunded the entire amount due to the negligence, unprofessionalism, and health risks Copperfield subjected us to.
