    I'm interested in a BMW X5 and I contact the sales manager of Peter Pan BMW on Aug 29 2022. He refers me to the Sales agent of Peter Pan BMW, Henry. Henry indicates that if I go to the BMW website and customize an order they could deliver the car in about 8-10 weeks. He asked that I get the build code for the custom order but not submit it through BMW website and instead provide him the build code and he would take care of it through . I asked if any deposit was needed or documents signed and he said as long as my credit was good, he did not. At no time did he ask for any deposit or even run my credit. He texted me on Aug 30 that he had ordered my Mineral white plug-in hybrid X5, there was no documentation provided by him, the dealership or BMW about the order(either at the time or afterwards). Turns out he never ordered it and instead was looking to sell another car and hope I was willing to accept. 3 weeks later I receive a message that the car I ordered, black X5 arriving in 10 days and if I'm interested I need to act today and make a deposit. Obviously it was not the one I ordered as it was black and not Mineral white paint. Also, the options were different from what I had specified. After some confusing texts back and forth trying to figure out why he thought this was the car I ordered, I told him I was only interested in the one I ordered and asked when it would be arriving. He was still insisting he had ordered by car but could not provide any documentation for the order. After losing 3 weeks of time I was then pressured on Sep 19 2022 to provide $1000 by credit card over the phone for down payment on the custom order. The sales person refused to provide any written documentation what he was going to do with my credit carda payment. He said I would only receive a confirmation by email after making the payment.

    On June 29th, 2022 I pick up my new car at Peter Pan BMW. After the poor customer service & extended wait time at the dealership, I got my new **** Within a few miles driving from ********* to *******, ** on ****************, on highway the new car was unable to make acceleration during rush hours traffics. I called the dealership for help, they told me that theyre closing for the day, and now its an after sale Ill have to deal with their service team; and my sales manager takes a day off the next day. I was feeling bad already with the car, for worse I got so disappointed with Peter Pan BMW, why they sell me a faulty new car? Why the car is not fully inspected? Why they placed me into this kind of trouble? The first experience with my new *** was horrify, I had a sleepless night that evening. The next morning, I sent the car back to the dealership. It was a long wait to get help there, and they cant provide me a loaner car, and they cant get me back to my office because its too far. I had waited for their management approval to get a ride. The service advisor processed the repair order at 3:37PM, I talked to Peter Pan BMW General Manager (*************), he refused my RMA request, instead he gave me wrong info to call *** customer support *************** about returning my car; when I called him back it went to his voicemail, and he didnt call me back ever since. Im disappointed with Peter Pan BMW dealership, I got fed up with frustration. For worse, they had me to pickup the car on July 5th, I found out the new car has dent & scratches, more mileages added than I did. When I asked for damages payment, they're delaying the process, have me waiting for next month. I'm angry and betrayed. Peter Pan BMW will need to pay for my damages: dent & scratches, new car diminished value, lost of luxury EV car use 5 days, lost of work 2 days, and emotional damage.

    The clients product concern was elevated to *** whom provides the Warranty on the vehicle, any and all product defects are covered by the manufacture (***).The vehicle was successfully repaired and returned to the client.*** is in control of any and all Goodwill efforts following the Warranty repair procedure.
