We had a tight deadline for our move, so I did most of the packing myself. The movers only had to load the ready boxes and equipment, such as our couch, microwave, and blender, into the truck and deliver them. The delivery was on time, and the final bill was as quoted, with no hidden fees or extra charges. They did a great job and I appreciate their professionalism.

We did a lot of research before choosing a moving company, and we were glad we picked this one. Every person we interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We were very impressed by their service and we would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Honesty was important to me. I wanted to trust the price and delivery time. **** was friendly, efficient and exceeded my expectations. The movers made the packing and loading process easy. They did not charge me any hidden fees or extra costs. They delivered everything on time and in perfect condition. They made the move a piece of cake.

To move our church to *******, we contacted Red Carpet Moving. We got an online estimate from their website, and the team arrived on move day. They packed everything and wrapped all the furniture with special packaging items. I recommend them to others as well.

I was very amazed by ***** and his team. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time and greeted me with a smile. They worked hard and efficiently, taking apart my bed frame and mattress and reassembling them in my new apartment in ************. They also handled my other furniture and electronics with care, wrapping them in blankets and securing them in the truck. They were courteous, respectful, and fun to talk to. They made my moving day a breeze. These guys are awesome. I booked them through ***, who was very helpful and friendly on the phone.

***** and his team were experts. They disassembled our king-sized bed easily and thoroughly padding all of our furniture. They even made sure to pack their screws and nuts in Ziploc bags so they wouldnt get lost. After delivering , they reassembled my bed. We cannot thank them enough!

When I moved from ******** to ************, I chose Red Carpet moving, it was a great decision. **** and his team were friendly and reliable. They handled everything carefully, even though it was a rainy day. ***, the person I talked to about the move, was always quick to respond and helpful.

I would like to start off by saying I used Black Tie for a previous move and had a great experience. This move was completely different. I originally had a move on Tuesday but 10 minutes after the 3-hour window they gave me they called and canceled. So, I had to make accommodations for someone to take off work and let the movers in two days later. I told the team that NO appliances were to be taken and that they are my apartments. The movers took the dryer from my apartment which was caught on camera and was said to be brought to a junkyard, which was never said to be done and I have no idea how they got that interpretation. Secondly, the unit was packed so terribly you couldn't even walk in it. Heavy boxes on top of a glass table, my couch was upside down in a position that if left like that would be ruined, and my wardrobe boxes were flipped on their sides(which defeats the purpose of purchasing $30 boxes) if I wanted to throw my clothes in boxes I would have done that, chairs were upside down and thrown in the unit, my mattress was ripped. I am pregnant and hired someone for this move to make it easier on me, but I am having to backtrack their work. I wish I could post pictures. I was told to file a claim and I did get reimbursed for the dryer which never should have been taken, and $36 for the rip in my mattress. I feel as if this move should have been refunded. I was told by the manager that my feedback was a good training experience for their team but I don't think my $1,000 move should be used as a training experience. Terrible experience. I will not use nor recommend it again.
