I had a revelatory experience in the Landmark Forum, although it bothered me that so much time was spent on promoting growth of Landmark. However, over time I became involved with the ************ of ******** in the ************* region. I found many lovely people in Wisdom. Then leaders of ** Wisdom began perpetuating what I believe were racially discriminatory stories about me (* ** ******) the result of which was that I lost a dear friend of many years in a traumatic event. I appealed to Wisdom higher-*** and they spent considerable time with me but never owned the existence of the gossip and never shared with me the cause of the events. They chose closing ranks over sharing with me what was so. They could have helped me and themselves take ownership and process the traumatic events - as would be consistent with the core of Landmark teachings. Instead they claimed that nothing had happened. They gaslighted me. I know better than that. The ** leaders involved were too valuable to Wisdom and/or Landmark to risk losing their leadership in order to be of integrity with a Landmark newbie and nobody. They chose to abandon the standards of owning what was so and open sharing of whats so with a non-Wisdom-leader. So I believe that racially discriminatory stories about me were spread, resulting in the almost tragedy in terms of loss in my life. Landmark Wisdom has a deep integrity issue.

I took the online course about a month ago from a recommendation from a coworker. The Landmark Forum is a complete waste of money. Imagine sitting in front of a camera 12 hours on end to listen to an old man tell you your feelings are invalid. There were broken people in the forum (parents died, lost job, bankruptcy, etc.) and all the old man tells you is that your feelings are invalid and that you need to move on. There are admins in the audience that tell you to turn on your camera if your camera is off at any moment during the session. This goes on throughout the weekend, for three days. Then near the end, they "train" you to hard sell the Landmark Forum to everyone you know. Sounds like a pyramid scheme doesn't it? They take advantage of the sick and downtrodden to... you guessed it.: make money. If I told you you have to pay $660 to listen to an old man ramble on for 12 hours for three days, would you do it? I quit out after the 1st day after realizing the nature of the forum: cultish, incompassionate, creepy, authoritarian and greedy -- and I got no follow-up calls or emails about where I went They need to be stopped.
