*************** issues: Faulty cartridges Day 1: 9/4 Within a matter of ***** minutes I had to replace the cartridge twice. As soon as I took the cartridges out from the plastic casing, the cartridge were leaky and smelled strong because of the leaked oil. For the third cartridge the Representative rubbed the cartridge couple of times and said it is not sticky and smell is normal, so there should not be any issue. I trusted them and took the cartridge home. Day 10: 9/16 I tried to take the cartridge out the plastic casing and it won't come out. Then I noticed it has leaked further with puddle of dried oil/wax at the bottom of the plastic casing. I drove about 15 miles to the ******* center to replace the cartridge. Took the first replacement, it was sticky and had to be replaced. The replacement was sticky as well and had to be replaced. So I am now with the third cartridge in my hand the same day. The third was leaky as well. I went back in and the representative was adamant not to return, saying this one is not sticky. Though it was sticky again and smelled strongly. I did not feel comfortable buying it as it felt like the whole inventory of cartridges is faulty and prone to health issues because of the leak in the cartridge. So I asked for a return. The representative (*****) was adamant NOT to process the return. I request that the inventory at the store is completely tested,verified for quality and health issues and to remove faulty cartridges from sale , plus my money should be refunded.
