Very disappointed with my experience with Golden State Lumber. I ordered about a dozen pre-hung new, solid core doors to replace the interior doors in my home. Upon delivery, about half had some material damage. I knew a painter / installer could probably address the damage with some wood putty, sanding, and additional priming and, TWO MONTHS AGO, wrote asking for a small discount to account for the painter's additional work and related costs. I was told that my request would be posed to management. Not a word from them since. Poor service and poor product. I'll be going to ********** for the balance of my renovation needs.

We looked into this situation and there was a lack of communication on our end but we had every intention of offering a credit as mentioned above to cover the extra labor our customer had to incur. Our salesperson has since reached out to our customer to get this credit issued. Please let us know if there is anything else outstanding.
