              I paid $258 for a guided tour of ****************. The guide went up in the elevator before us and we never saw her again. I requested a refund of half my payment to account for the fact that all I received for the money I paid was entry to ****************. We had zero guide. They rejected my request.

              My daughter is in a wheelchair, so I paid top dollar for an elevator tour so she could see ****************. After meeting the tour at the appointed time, they said they cant take us on the tour because of her wheelchair. The tour leader said they would cancel our tour and refund our money, what a lie! We went on our own, and took the elevator up **************** with no problems. Called Viator to confirm that we would be getting a refund, and it was denied. Viator is a scam, stay well away from these jokers.
