      I suspect this business no longer exists. I have not received the products for my monthly subscription. There is no way to cancel my subscription through contacting the company or via website. There are several concerning signs that the company is defunct. 1. ****************** link goes to invalid account page with zendesk 2. Bottom of page help center directs to chatbot for "contact us", but there is no chatbot.3. Unable to verify payment method on file. 4. Unable to "take a break". Clicking submit does not generate acknowledgement of the account being paused.5. Did not receive notification of my last tote being returned and new tote to be customized. 6. New tote says I only have until 2/3 to select before shipment. The tote hasn't shipped as of 2/8. 7. Banner across page says you're upgrading and totes will be shipped on 1/23/2023. Tote hasn't shipped and it is 2/8/2024, more than 1 year since the "warehouse upgrade".8. Banner across page provides a "learn more" link that goes to dead zendesk page. 9. "contact us" to discuss cancelling subscription goes to dead zendesk page. 10. No response to customer service email provided by website. 11. Last posts to social media accounts were in October *******. Inventory of clothes increasingly spare and dismal.

      I have encountered a fraudulent situation where my account, initially placed on hold, was reactivated without my consent, and unauthorized charges were made starting December 2023. Despite attempting to utilize the subscription pause feature, it proved ineffective. The customer care system is unresponsive and appears to be automated or email-based. Additionally, the listed phone numbers are non-functional. Not only is the service not being provided as promised, but I am also unable to cancel my membership, and they persistently continue to charge me on a monthly basis

      Cant cancel my account or even change to a cheaper membership cant even put my account on hold. I have been trying since this summer. Multiple emails and calls. Finally contacted my bank to stop payment to this business.

      I have tried via the app and email to cancel my account 5 times over the past month. Im horrified and so disappointed by the lack of response. Additionally, all the customer service numbers listed online are not working numbers. Similar to the post below, I have tried to put my account on hold but the hold never went through and I was charged. After getting no response from the company I reached out to have my account canceled and again have no heard back from anyone. I have been charged and want my money back and account canceled but can not do that without a response from the company that seems to no longer exist.

      This is such a SCAM! I can't believe the BBB has not been able to take action on Le Tote a company that is STEALING money for thousands of people. NOTHING works on their website you can't call anyone to cancel or even pause a membership and nobody will get back to your emails and the chat is worthless! LE TOTE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN!!!

      I have the same problem listed as many of these individuals. I put my account on hold because of poor clothing selection. Tried another service which was much better. Was notified in mid-December my account was off hold / reactivated. I tried to cancel and pause my account online and can't do either. I have also been trying to contact customer service since then with no response to emails, chat bots, phone numbers disconnected. It seems the employees ghosted the company and the only thing still running is the chat bot an auto charges.

      **** disappointed after ten years as a subscriber and now nothing. It seems they are out of business but keep charging my account. All phone numbers are disconnected, help desk is an error message, chat and email do not respond. No way to suspend or cancel. I have been trying to cancel for months to no avail. They keep charging even though it seems they are out of business. My bank cant stop them since its a credit card but I have to dispute every month. What else can be done to stop this? Everyone is ****

      Impossible to get a response or cancel subscription. *** sent numerous emails, tried to reach someone and online bot. They continue to charge my account.

      Simpy a HUGE DITTO to all the information below. I've tried numerous times to cancel my eight year subscription. Can't get a resonse/helplink on website doesn't work/number to call isn't "available at this time". DO NOT use this company. I don't know what happened but it is the WORST now. Totes taking two-three weeks. This used to be a fantastic company. As mentioned I have been a customer for over eight years. Very disappointing. Thankfully my CC company is blocking their charges since I can't even pause my membership any longer.

      I have tried reaching someone at this company for months. No one answers the chat feature, their phone number is not accepting calls, no one responds on ******* or Instagram. Hundreds of other people having this same issue. Filed a claim with my bank to stop all future charges.
