              I returned these two bags by mail on April 10,2024 and its April 15 and I havent received a refund to my original form of payment. I made a down payment on Afterpay. When I contacted them they said The Real Real has to initiate the refund which they havent done. My attempts to contact them is on deaths ears. They wont answer me. Here is the return numbers of the items in question. RMA483400054 RMA625582416 They also rejected a Bally bag I gave them in consignment but they havent returned the bag to me since it wasnt accepted when they sold it to me this way. This is the Bally return number. WB266859. I should have received it back in the mail and they havent sent it back. They also wont answer on my returns they owe me which I mailed back to them. I cant contact anyone since they refuse to get back to me. I need help since this is a criminal act.
