              They have totally monopolized the basketball videogame market to the point where there's is the only option on the market in turn allowing themself to charge the consumer any price they choose and they have complete control over every facet including match making as in pairing consumers with others who pay their overpriced charges in order to force people to have to pay to stay relevant. They make it almost impossible to contact customer service when something goes wrong on their end making it basically their way or no way.

              Spent $50 on vcto make a build that doesnt work due to a stat requirement that I was unaware of. I sent a request asking for 2k to delete the build and refund me the vc so that I could rebuild it the correct way. This would cost 2k nothing and solve my problem easily, but I was informed that 2k will never refund vc for any reason. Pay 2 play is already predatory behavior in itself, but taking my money for over 10 years and then refusing to help me the one time I make a mistake is egregious. All I want is the vc so that I can remake my build the correct way.

              I made a purchase for a season pass download content on nba2k24 through the game. I never recieved the content. I sent multiple messages through their customer Support after close to 2 days they responded saying we can resolve this, we need these 4 screen shots. The screen shots took me close to another hour not being familiar with everything and having to change passwords. After jumping through their hoops they said i was right and never recieved the update, however, I was told I would have to now contact playstation. Now days after the purchase and not recieving anything, I decided to cancel the purchase through my credit card. Later that day they sent me another email saying yes, we can fix this for you, but I told the the purchase had been canceled. Now my playstation account is suspended and being held hostage for something I never recieved, they want me to pay for the purchase again just to get back what I've paid hundreds of dollars for, and I won't be able to access those for at least 3 business days as long as I reach their terms. Furthermore, when I asked if playstation could cancel my account renewal, they said they couldn't do anything and cut off the chat, so I don't know if my card could be charged if I don't resolve this.

              Terrible product, features don't work. Promotion of gambling to minors. Pay to win and Riddled with micro transactions. I really do question if theese tactics are legal?

              As a dedicated player of this game, I have invested a significant amount of time and money into it. Last season, I reached level 40 on my character after playing numerous games and accepting all the rewards that were rightfully due to me. I have even gone to the extent of maintaining two separate accounts to satisfy my passion for this game. It is frustrating to be questioned about my achievements over a mere gold floor setter. I have completed level 40 on both my accounts twice, and yet, I am being put through this unnecessary scrutiny. I have already put in a lot of effort into this game, and I do not appreciate being doubted for something as trivial as this.As a loyal player, I expect to be treated with respect and trust. If my rewards have not been credited to my account, I would appreciate it if the issue is resolved immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent practice. I take my gameplay very seriously, and I am not willing to compromise on my hard-earned rewards. I hope that this issue is resolved soon, and I can continue to enjoy this game without any further obstacles.

              The games is a scamming organization that should be really investigated. I have been banned for no apparent reason almost a week notle they have yet to tell me why and I have paid soo much money this game atleast refund me my money back. This game is bad this company is verybad.

              This company has falsely banned my account to the online services to their game i purchased for over $80. It has now been 17 days without a response to why and how long i will be banned from using the game the way i intended when i initially bought it. There should be no reason i am being ignored for over 2 weeks about my situation.

              This game is extremely predatory. The company is greedy and refuses to learn. They force you to spend hundreds of dollars on virtual cards and mycareer builds just to have a chance to compete in online game modes. In the MyTeam game mode, they removed the feature to buy and sell cards on an auction block, which has been a feature since 2k15. Instead, they dictate the prices of cards to make more money off players. This is the most pay-to-win 2k game I've played, and I've been playing since 2k14.The Mycareer game mode is also pay-to-win. Starting as a 60 overall, you have to spend $50 to reach an 85 overall. Trying to play in the park with a 60 overall player is impossible because people will just leave. You can't even be good in the *** with a 60 overall player.The game keeps getting worse every year, and they will continue to push microtransactions unless something changes. However, I doubt that will happen.

              So I bought 2k23 and was unable to play it due to freezing out I spent over 209$ for game and vc I contacted them only to get a automated service telling me to do what I've already done....no reimbursement just a big f*** you. So against my better judgement and friends influence I bought 2 copies for 2k 24 and alot of vc. Again over 200$ and gain can't play with friend or online due to freezing out then getting ban for it wasted my time and money. Iv tried to play over 29 games all freeze out causing me to lose vc, rep, and badges rep. **** you this is the second year in a row can't talk to a real person or have the problem fixed or reimburse or lost time vc rep or $. Idk what to do. I feel like they are a multi-million dollar company and they just sole over 400$ from me!!!!!!!! Iv bought every 2k game since 2013 and I can't even get customer support

              Ive been playing this game since *** 2k6 and never needed a refund or a player fixed very long time customer while playing *** 2k24 the other day I went to do a Gatorade workout and the game crashed so I load back up thinking everythings good and when I load up my player is gone that I just spent all my VC on a little over ****** vc is just fine so I reach out to 2k support thinking they would easily fix this seeing that Im a long time customer and never needed support any other time to restore VC to my account I understand completely that you cant restore the player but at least restore my VC because it was through no fault of my own and the guy ***** on 2k support just keeps telling me even though I paid for a product and it was taken Away from me through no fault of my own they cant restore my player nor my VC its only $50 worth from a billion dollar company please help me to retrieve either my player or VC
