On thursday September 2,2022 around 11:00pm. I had an qn issue with Marshal the cashier on shift that night about my debit card. I had used it to buy a couple things and he (********) had rounded up my tab to the highest number. rounded which would have been ***** w.out my provision first of all. The second issue is I am handicapped in a wheel chair and it is hard for me to get around. I had forgot something so I had sent my brother in to get what was forgotten she ******** had took my card out of the machine and told my brother that he wasnt going to give my card back to him and he had told ******** that he needed the card back and ******** refused. And so my brother insisted on trying to get the card back and ******** kept arguing with him telling him that my card wasnt a credit card and that he wasnt going to give it back until I came and got it. My brother had mentioned I was disabled and couldn't make it back into the store. ******** had told my brother well that is to f****** bad and that I am s*** out of luck. So I called marshal and told him I need my card back and he had told me to that my brother needed to go get some sort of verification that the card was mine and there was no way he had enough time to get to where we are staying back to court house market before they closed. Which was not necessarily needed due to the fact I had called and let him know who and what had access to use my card. ******* kept insisting on knowing about my car and then persisted on telling me he called my card company and talked to them bout whether or not it was my card or not and then told.me that I wasnt allowed to use credit on my card neither was my brother according to who he " had talked to" even though I used it thirty mins prior. I had called the next day September 2 2022 around 1 pm and talked to the store manager and he had said marshal had not left my debit card and he had no recollection of this incident at all to call back when marshal got I shift at 2pm.
