            False advertisement, ***** claims/ Scamming customers!I am the Owner of ********************* a delivery service. Giftly sells gift cards on their website to our company. We are in no way affiliated with Giftly.SingRock Enterprises does NOT sell or accept gift cards.Giftly did NOT ask, nor has permission from our company to sell gift cards using out company's name and information.They are essentially taking money from people, and selling gift cards that are useless and will not be accepted by our company because we do not accept gift cards, and have authorized anyone to sell gift cards on our company's behalf.This is a scam plain and simple! I'm filing this complaint because this company is a fraud, and scamming the public by stealing their money by using falsely advertised gift cards to businesses that are not affiliated with.To be clear, ********************* LLC has NEVER sold or accepted gift cards. ********************* LLC has NEVER authorized Giftly.com to sell gift cards on our behalf.

            I bought a Giftly gift card for a friend for Christmas. When she tried to activate it, she was going to be required to give her financial information so that the card amount would be put into her acct. She did not want to give this information so she returned the card to me. I on the other hand, cannot activate it since she had already tried to activate the card. This is a terrible card to consider as a gift card for someone and now, I am out $25 and my friend did not get a gift from me. Avoid this card for sure! I have no idea why BBB gives it a rating above an F.
