              I am on a metered account and have been for years and have never had to check my own propane level. The company let me tank run out of propane and then had an issue getting the pilot light to light in my hot water heater. They recommended I have someone from a different company who fixes hot water heaters come out and fix it. I did and was told the issue was caused by letting the tank run out of propane. I was charged $125 due the this and when I spoke with Kemgas about it they told me that the company who came to fix my hot water heater was wrong and that was not there fault. They admitted the guy who runs the company used to work for Kemgas so he knows what hes talking about, but doesn't want to be responsible for the issue so says he was wrong. It was bad enough that they let a tank on a metered account run out of propane even though they come out monthly to check it, but then when confronted with the fact that the issue with the hot water heater was their own cause, they deny it and won't take responsibility. I would like them to cover the $125 **** due to the issue being caused by them letting the tank run dry.

              No stars!!! This place is a total rip off and will see you to death above and beyond what you owe, they will lie to you and tell you you owe them money when you actually dont and then theyll try to make excuses as to why they have to charge you a fee do not use Kemgas they are rip offs
