            I have the extended warranty with AUL. I have been calling since the first of Jan 2024 over my 2019 ***** Trailboss. My truck started knocking and all my check engine light came on. I took it same say to a shop to have it looked at and was told it sounded like a rod possible my lifters and camshaft. I called AUL to talk ask about if this was covered and was told that it would be and that I could just take it to a shop. That they would pay the shop directly once the work was done. I would have a $100 deductible. I gave the shop the warranty information. After about 5 weeks my truck was completed on 2/8/24. I picked it up and that is when the nightmare started. The shop called an filled the claim. He called and spoke with *********************************** the adjuster. which talked down on myself and talk about how I didn't start this claim. He didn't know that I was in the shop office with the owner of the shop while he was speaking with *****. The shop owner even told ***** that I did call many times. ***** acted like this was my fault and he was just trying to salvage the claim. He stated to the shop owner that the repair was covered with my policy but he had the right to decline it due to the claim not being called in ahead of time. (Which it was many times). ***** had the shop owner send pictures of the parts the shop owner kept to put with his claim. The next day ***** (which email is attached) emailed the shop and DENIED the claim stating I didn't call in and get approval before the repairs. I called and spoke with ***************************** which advised me that the claim was declined not due to me but because the shop didn't call in before the repair. Now they are wanting me to pay for the repairs and submit a dispute and wait 7-10 days for it to be reviewed and another 7 days for payment if approved. So they want me to pay the $6,100 out of my own pocket after telling me from the start the work would be covered.

            Beyond displeased. Cannot get through to a supervisor. Get circles and forced to go back through dealer. Its done on purpose so you will give up. Have professionals stating parts are beat. Motor mounts and other things. Transmission was replaced previously. Took back in to get it looked at. Not wanting to deal with it. They shipped that one out. No telling what happened when it was shipped. Truck driving worse than before. And AUL is not wanting to answer to anything. I feel like I have been ripped off. They covered some things. Meanwhile everyone is pointing their finger to one another and Im making a payment on a vehicle that is sitting at dealer over 2 months. I want something done or I will be starting from the top of AUL AND GMC to get answers. Writing letters as we speak!
