    Date of transaction: 09/07/2023 Amount paid: $2,030 Business committed to provide a GE model PFQ97HSPVDS.Nature of dispute and resolution: I was unsatisfied with the unit and immediately contact Greentoe to initiate a return. Per their return policy, this is allowed for ANY REASON within 30 days of delivery. After many emails back and forth, they ultimately refused to honor their return policy.Order number: PO-*********

    I read the reviews beforehand. Knowing that the majority would be negative since most folks don't bother when they're not disgruntled, I saw what I expected. Taking that as well as other reviews into consideration, I opted to go with Greentoe. The $600 savings was too tempting and I saw enough positive reviews elsewhere to have faith. Yes they use freight shipping to generate some of that savings but in the end their service worked as advertised for me. My 83" ** OLED is stunning and I've registered the warranty with the seller. I will advocate GT to folks I know.
