            Below is copy of email I wrote to ************* after leaving messages for ************* who still has a active voicemail and over 50 different people and departments and not receiving any return calls in two months.Everything I say ************* switches, I had them dry cleaned (he said I washed them) I bought overstock ,unopened customer return (he said I bought used open clearance items) I said I didnt do tracking but put my information in each box(he asks me for tracking information)He doesnt listen or care..Told me the boxes are in the warehouse but because I didnt do tracking,he wont look for them Good morning, I am writing you because I have reached out to your company several times, I even attempted coming to the office in *******. I am very dissatisfied in the quality of the product. I purchased several of your brand curtains through Macys.I drove all around *******,went to ************** to pick up the color I was searching for. I saved up money to purchase these drapes to start a event business. I have to tell you, I have each of these colors once and had them cleaned (dry cleaned)and they look positively horrible, I tried exchanging through the department stores and they don't have the sizes or colors in stock. My uncle is a reporter with One of the media stations here in ******* and gave me the information to contact you. I have mailed off the drapery ***** ************************.*******,30336There were 4 graphite ruched vintage black, 6 Biscotti textured dupioni silk curtains (light gold) and 4 Navy blue blackout faux silk taffeta curtains..All were 50x108.| have been terribly upset and stressed about this mentally and physically.As I was trying to start a business and after two events, I didn't have the curtains for the back wall.. I have also been trying to find them in silk baby pink for baby showers and weddings but have had a terrible time. I am in the hospital now because of my lungs ,stress and anxiety..             I ordered three ***** shades and were not able to hang right away and they were for our two guest rooms. The mechanism in one of the shades sticks out when they were down and when they are pulled all the way up; you can not achieve more than one fold and the two drapes in the one room have different dimensions and it is near impossible to get the shades down. My husband who is an engineer for 40 years is the only one who can manipulate them and it is quite embarassing when you have guests and they cannot operate themselves. It takes about 3 minutes to arrange the cord from underneath the shade to get them fully down and in place. You have to use your hands as the cord is not functional so then you have to make sure you have clean hands as you are touching the drape. I contacted them and was told you are passed the 30 days and there is nothing they can do. The first customer rep offered to give me 20% for my troubles as I am removing them and throwing them in the garbage. Well they rescinded and would not offer me the discount, nor would they remake the shades or give me store credit. BUYER BEWARE - THE COMPANY IS VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! BELIEVE ME, I DONT THINK THEY WOULD HAVE WENT OUT OF BUSINESS IF THEY HAD TO DIG DEEP IN THEIR MARGINS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. DISHEARTENED AND FRUSTRATED!!

            Hi

            We shipped to customer on 04.17.2023 from the warehouse and customer received on **********. 

            Customer contacted us on Aug 27, which about 4 months after received the products.

            Our return policy for custom shades as below

            " Roller and Cellular ****** are considered custom items as they are made to a customers specifications, without exception. Roller and Cellular shades can be returned for a partial refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Half Price Drapes will retain 50% of the purchase price for all returned shades."

            We also provided the production video to customer which showed it was working before we shipped it.  

            Unfortunately, when the Roman ****** left our work room they were functioning properly. In addition, this order is outside of the 30 day window for us to assist with.  we are not able to refund it.
