I hired MCA remodeling on 10/02/23 to do my bathroom. I told them beforehand that I prefer them to install ****** ****** for the bathroom walls but instead they installed den shield. I wasnt comfortable with that because that type of wall they installed isnt strong enough and when it absorbs water itll crumble easily. ******** never listened to my concern and completely ignored it. One of the employees that were working on my house had video taped me without my consent. All I was doing was checking out the progress of the bathroom but the employees make excuses saying that Im bothering them. I have had no problem with the emoloyees that were working on my house. Every time I had tried contacting ******** about my questions and concerns, he sometimes doesnt get back to me. He also isnt very professional and comes off as rude. I wanted them to start working on the window and do water testing for the bathtub but ******** refuses to do it. He told me that I would have to pay him first in order for him to start that. I didnt feel comfortable at all with giving him the payment because they havent done much to my bathroom except the drywall, ceiling, insulation, valve replacement, and bathtub installation. They also made a mistake for the dry wall on the shower area by having it installed too close where water can come into contact with it. I had told the employees that they need to make it 40 inches even in that area but instead they did 35 inches. Im not satisfied with the service that ** getting from this company. I explained to ******** that I wasnt going to pay him the 2nd check unless they completely do the window and water testing. But ******** keeps refusing and said that he will not come back and finish the job unless I gave him the payment.
