I purchased the protection plan for an event in July. After being jerked around I finally received notification that my claim was approved. After providing my banking information all they have done is lied and ignored my calls. I am missing more than $900.00 and all I want is my money back but now they dont want to respond to my calls or emails. The worst company ever.

From a person who got the purchase protection plan, dont bother. They approved my claim and sent me to a site to enter my bank info. I did and they said it was invalid. So I copy/pasted the second time. Same thing, it was supposedly invalid. I was frustrated and said it seemed like they were jerking me around but emailed my bank info. 9 days and countless emails later, not a word. They say on their website they are located in ********* but Im doubting that they are even in the **

STAY AWAY. This company is truly horrible. I'd give them zero stars if I could. In fact, I feel like they owe me some stars.I have been a customer of ****************** for several years. Their customer service is THE WORST. They can only be reached by email and their response time is at a minimum ****************************************** your message title. It's longer if you don't. When I first joined you could actually call someone for help.In the last year or so they have become obsessed with finding ways to charge their customers more. I finally reached my breaking point as the yearly fees kept getting higher so I let them know I was going to take my business elsewhere when my contract expired that month. Then they told me there was a 4 month notification of cancelation policy. What, 4 months? Who does that? Not only do you have to pay for 4 months, you don't get the service for those 4 months! I managed to convince them to cut it to 2 months and to let me keep the service active, but 3 days before the end of the agreed upon date I tried to access my account and they made me pay for a 3rd month before I could get into the app. Then when the next moth came around it said my account was closed even though I paid for that extra month. So here I am fighting with customer service to have access to an account I paid for so I can download all of my info. Every single interaction with customer service takes 24 hours. So I have been dealing with this for 5 days now.As the buyer below says, Purchase protection is a scam. They make it really hard for the software user to turn it off so the customer gets stuck buying it. ****************** makes you use BlueSnap as the credit card processor but you are not allowed to talk to them directly. If you have payment questions or issues you have to go through Regpack and they will contact BlueSnap. And of course, the response time is a minimum of 24 hours because customer service *****.I could go on and on about all of the things they have done wrong but I won't. If you value your sanity and $$$ just STAY AWAY.

DO NOT BUY PURCHASE PROTECTION FROM THIS COMPANY! We were registered to attend a premier nonprofit conference in May, to the tune of several $100 in registration, lodging, and field trips. Instead, on the first morning of the event I was in the ** with a serious medical condition and spent several days recuperating at home. After hassling with the "claims ****** for these Bozos for 4 months, we eventually gave up, since there was no amount of records or verifications which would satisfy the constantly shifting demands of an outfit which had no intention of meeting their obligations. The loss of the event experience was far greater than the financials. However, from the beginning, the event website was unnecessarily complex and cumbersome, and there was no apparent way to opt out of Purchase Protection, which was a backdoor method of surcharging everyone an additional 7%. The terms of the policy were not clearly available, perhaps because it was worthless. *****
