              Over promise Under deliver Keep stalling Signed contract 6/15 /23, they said 4 months. 90% paid, less than 75% done. Paid for pavers and pool heater, nothing yet. Promises. Went to office, appears to be closed? *** and ***** stickers on door dated yesterday. Makes me wonder, theyve fired several crews. Think twice before signing.

              This company doesn't communicate or show any respect toward those making an effort to improve credit and/or pay back debt. In 2018, I struggled through multiple issues and homelessness. Fast forward to today, I am stable, healthy and committed to paying off everthing I can and catch up. I have 3 accounts with Cascade, and I set up an agreement with ******* to pay $XXxx per month. I realize the amount won't likely be paid off until my 7 year old is in her early 20's, but I will pay something and have remained committed for a year now. All the while, there was another account was visible under my name with a balance that just sat! I didn't find out until yet another collections company reached out to me for an amount already listed on my file. When I contacted Cascade directly, I was informed that my payments were listed under one specific account, not the one in question. So every single month, I diligently call to make a payment, and they fail to inform me of another account is in default and they will be transferring my info elsewhere. When I asked if they are able to view ALL these other accounts I was told very flatly "Yes". Followed by a very cold "We don't have to tell you that". Even though the info is right in front of them, all accounts I have with them when I call to make payments. Furthermore, payments that I've made for a year now aren't counted on a credit score, either. So, as a single mom of two kids in a limited income, I've made payments for a year, just to get a ding on my score and my personal information handed off to someone else. I will continue to make my payments and refuse to be discouraged by a business that doesn't even respect those who care enough to pay their bills when they have that information in front of them when I call every single month for a year.

              Cascade Receivables Management, LLC (CRM) has received notice of the review submitted by this consumer. CRM believes that all consumer reviews are an opportunity to improve our relationships with consumers. Our client, Cascade Capital Funding, LLC (CCF), has two outstanding accounts for this consumer. One is being serviced by CRM and the other account was placed with ****************** Services (PRS). CRM is currently receiving payments from the consumer for the account it is servicing. CRM does not report accounts to the credit reporting agencies. In order to assist the consumer with the servicing of these two accounts, the other account will be recalled from PRS and placed with CRM as well. As such, PRS will no longer credit report that account, and both accounts will be serviced by CRM moving forward. CRM apologizes to this consumer for any confusion or inconvenience that *** have occurred.               This company called to collect a bill for a service I was happy to pay for. I was unaware of the bill in the beginning (anesthesia comes as a separate bill for the anesthesiologist and the CRNA) because I had alreay paid one of the bills. I made calls for almost two months trying to pay the bill myself and they would not accept my payment because it was not "in their system." In the meantime another company called to collect what I thought was the same bill. I paid it. The amounts were almost exactly the same dollar for dollar. Then I started being called again, this time saying it was for an emergency room visit...I was NEVER a patient in the ED. The guy told me that was just an excuse for not paying my bills. I asked him to let me know the provider name and he couldn't and then just hung up on me. I pay my bills. Ask any of my creditors. These are the only two blemishes on a perfect credit history of over 25 years. They were beyond rude and confrontational. I cannot imagine what any uneducated person trying to resolve debt would go through dealing with such unprofessional behavior. By the way, this was the manager, who got on when I was asking if they could clarify if this was charges related to my surgery and was beyond rude. If he were my employee he'd be working elsewhere because he definitely impeded you collecting this debt!
