            Made a purchase from this company, upon receipt of the package there was a hole in the bottom of the package and the contents were removed. The package was delivered to a locked mail locker and required signature for the package. I reported the issue to the seller and they reached out to **** for investigation. They concluded that the contents were removed after delivery and provided me a picture of the top of the package showing no damage, but not the bottom. A rep from BE informed me that **** has reprimanded the delivery person for not following policy in getting the customer signature, and accepted their word that the package wasn't damaged at delivery.BE will not file an insurance claim because ****s investigator says the delivery person delivered an undamaged package to a locked mail locker even though the package was supposed to be signed for or taken back to ****, and wouldn't conclude that the mail person stole the goods after determining that they already don't follow policy
