    i bought a phone case on April 1st. on their website it said within 2 days if you don't receive a tracking number to contact them. I didn't receive a confirmation email nor tracking number so I emailed them providing screenshots of proof of purchase. I had a back and forth with customer service where they first said I must ************* customer because they can't find me in their system and then they said oh I must not have purchased a product from their website. I then showed them screenshot proof that it is exactly their website that I purchased it from. then miraculously they find me in their system and say it should be delivered Monday April 8. I asked for the tracking number and got no response back. Monday came and I didn't receive the product so I messaged them on ******** where they told me to email customer support. I told them I did and got no response. now ******** ignored me. a few hours later I contacted customer support again asking where is my tracking number. they asked me for information to look up the order and I gave it to them. I got no response back. this morning I asked again where's my tracking number. and I got no response back. I paid for a product that I have been given no information on its whereabouts and everybody refuses to speak to me about it. especially since I just bought a new phone this weekend expecting it to have arrived and now i have no protection. this is completely sketchy and bizarre. how can just a refund even help at this point for all the time I've spent wasted on trying to contact this company? what kind of unprofessional behavior is this?

    I was gifted a balance folio air iPad case When I opened it it had water stains on it I put in a claim in and was denied Very disappointing with the company and there warranty is bs They should inspect all the cases before leaving the factory and should change there policy !!

    The consumer purchased his case 03/09/2024 from Best Buy, She reported until 03/25/2024 that her case had water stains, was advised to reach out to the reseller for a refund or replacement as unfortunately water stains are not covered by our warranty as they are not manufacturing defect.************************************************************* We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
