DATE OF TRANSACTION : 06/11/2022 STORE LOCATION GHIRARDELLI ICE **************************** FACTORY OUTLET ISSUE : REFUSED TO REFUND THE PURCHASE I bought several chocolates for Gifting Purpose from GHIRARDELLI ICE **************************** FACTORY OUTLET ********************************************************** with **** value of $94 with **** no CHK115 ( ****** Kaitlyn) ************* I had to Cancel my plan for unforeseeable reason and was trying to return them in same store Store General Manager *************** was very adamant & Arrogant and was not accepting returns , mentioning that sales are final. I was asking for store return policy and referring the return policy on Ghiradeli Website , He was very adamant and was not able to show the store return policy or arguing that all sales are final , I am attaching the copy of **** with Picture of the items for return ( all items was perfectly in sale able condition ) nor opened I would like to get a refund for my purchase as Store had no reference anywhere saying that sales are final nor displayed on the receipt
