After not receiving my full perfume order from ZGO perfumery, I emailed. 26 Milliliters they cheated me out of. No response, a week later I emailed again. Finally ***** in customer services emailed and just argued about the mistake. I wrote a negative review on their website and ***** and her boss said they would give me a free perfume if I took it down. Sounds like bribery to me. People should know this company is dishonest. I would not recommend buying from this company. Overpriced and zero customer service.

I ordered a perfume from this establishment paying $189.00. When I recieved the perfume I could tell that the bottled package had been tampered with. I also wanted testers of the same perfume as I was alloted 4. I put the testers in my purse for work. When I took the bottle out of the package the top wasn't **** on properly. I then opened the top and a large amount of the perfume was missing. I then went to smell it and it wasn't the same smell I have been accustomed to for years wearing. Being concerned I then used a tester for quality checking and it smelled like rubbing alchohol mixed with abit of perfume. I immediately emailed the #ZGOperfumary and told them about my findings and concerns. Its been five days and to no avail no response. I have now sent an email telling them I am sending this for testing and having my dr and attorney alerted as I fear what I had put on my skin. This isn't about the money it's about health. In closing very scary that they have not ever a concern to answer. When this happens there is an omission off the top of negligence. When you run a company supposedly for 10 years it should be a no brainer to at the very least read your emails often and if your honest not to avade them. "
