On March 31, 2022 we had Delta Pure Water ETC. replace the filters on our reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. At that time the technician replaced the filters and installed a ball valve. He finished the job, we paid the bill of $120 with a check and he left. That evening I heard water running and went to the kitchen to investigate. Not seeing any water, I opened the cabinet under the sink and the hose the technician installed flopped out from under the sink spraying water all over the floor. Before we could get the water turned off, it had flooded the front part of the kitchen floor. We have laminate flooring in the kitchen. We left the water off all night and called Delta Pure Water the next morning. They sent another tech out and after looking at the unit said the hose had not been connected correctly. He reconnected the hose. A couple months later we were noticing the floor at that end of the kitchen was squeaking and we called Delta Pure Water and told them the problem. The owner of the company came out and looked at it and said he would be returning with someone who could possibly fix the floor. They have returned several times since then but have not fixed the floor. We have to keep calling them, they come out, scratch their heads, tell us they don't know any "floor people" and that they will see what they can do. The squeak is worse and the area of the squeak gets larger. Someone was supposed to come two weeks ago and get under the house and work on it but that morning Delta Pure Water called and said the person who was supposed to come fell off a ladder, was in the emergency room and that he would call us as soon as he heard anything and let us know what was going on. So far we haven't heard anything. This all started 10 1/2 months ago. I feel they have had plenty of time to fix this.
