To whom it may concern about 3 1/2 months ago I bought a vehicle ****** ****** to be exact from a private party.I was told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and it really was I decided to go to Bay Star Auto Care The owner explained to me that he was willing to have the work done on the vehicle for me and have it in good condition When I return to pick it up the I had to bring the vehicle back and forth to the shop to have work done on it because it was well over a few thousands to have work done on the vehicle. I was told that sensors Catalytic converter arm control was the issue I decided to go ahead and pay for it the very next morning after I pick the vehicle up the next morning the check engine light came back on I had called **** the owner and he wanted me to bring the vehicle back he said that nothing was wrong and to keep driving it for a few miles OK I did that and he told me to come back for another Catalytic converter to be changed I couldnt do that because it is so pricey so the vehicle has been sitting in so I can get the money I decided to take it to a different shop that was cheaper and then thats when I was told that the Catalytic converter as never changed by bay star auto care and as well as the two sensors I did give **** a call and he seemed a bit nervous and then I want to let you know that he was the owner until I asked him was this *********** talking to he seemed a little shaken up and told me that in the system on the paper it says that everything was changed and it should have been so bring the truck back to him and he will look into it which I do not want to do it because I dont trust the shop at all and they got over on me and stole my money I need help with solving this.
