      I had an appointment for Aries Appliance to repair a refrigerator under a partial JennAir warranty on 1/8/2024. They are authorized repair service agents. Unable to provide an estimate for repair, and after a $125.00 payment on the 8th, I was told an estimate would follow on 1/9. It did not. 10 days later, and after many telephone calls to the office, which were left unreturned, I heard from them. They needed to complete another test to create an estimate. They did an estimate of *******, and I approved. With no word from them and no return calls for my voice messages, I was notified on 2/8 that parts from JennAir were in and to schedule a house call. My conversation with ********* in their office turned heated as she denied not returning my numerous calls, including those made more than once a day. I expressed my desire to speak with an owner only to be told to make the appointment or cancel. Installers arrived on 2/10, installed the parts covered under warranty, and informed me the refrigerator was not repairable.To this day, they will not connect me with the owner or the owner's name. I am out $125.00 and $*******. My food in the fridge and freezer spoiled, and I had to purchase an apartment-sized refrigerator in the meantime. This interaction has taken over six weeks; their office is negligent in returning and answering calls and updating customers. I am still awaiting contact info for the owner to discuss what has transpired. .

      Still waiting for a call, email or text back from Aries. They have attempted to fix my (under warranty) Maytag dryer (multiple times) but have not been able to - it still has the exact same issue (doesn't get hot). Now I am waiting for maytag "engineering support" to help Aries and haven't heard anything for nearly a week. Each time prior to this I had to call or email Aries to find out whats going on before they would finally get back to me. Bottom line, dryer issue has NOT been resolved for almost two months. Aries has lacked in communication, responsiveness and service ability, thus I'm writing this.
