Over the last two years, BBB serving Greater Maryland has received thousands of inquiries, reports and complaints from every state except Rhode Island about puppy, pet, livestock, and pet transport scams. The actions and investigations by BBB's local team have resulted in the shut down of dozens of websites. Our chart shows the scope of the Maryland investigation.
