      My car was towed a few weeks back, the car was damaged upon pick up. Paid $350 for the tow, spoke to Ronald and he asked for me to get a quote at his body shop first before me taking it to a shop of my choice since he wanted to compare prices first. Got all that done, been trying to reach Ronald and it's nearly impossible. I've sent emails prior, been almost 3-4 weeks, I get a run around every time I call the office and my message never gets through. After weeks until now, no contact from the establishment and no progress on getting my damaged car repaired.

      My vehicle was towed for not having a parking permit. However, after paying $470.00 cash to remove the tags only , the general manager explained the $15 a day storage fee if the vehicle wasn't picked up within 24hrs after paying. I agreed because we were transferring ownership of the vehicle and had to wait for new plates. The black female at the window with a eye impairment was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. On several times stated to me that the GM does not know what he's talking about and the information he gave me was incorrect and he does not know what he's talking about etc. then she proceeded by slamming the window shut once I started to walk away. I never felt so violated and disrespected in my life. Very unprofessional and distasteful. This happened on 12.28.2021 On today 1.14.2022 I received a letter in the mail regarding vehicle abandonment for the same vehicle, I called to explain I'm waiting for my plates and get a estimated total from 12.30.2021 to current @ $15 a day as explained by the GM and was yet again verbally disrespected by another female at the Baltimore location. She was even worse than the first young lady. She immediately started yelling and smart talking me while explaining a $30 a day fee that was not explained to me totaling $470 something dollars again, almost two weeks later🤔 I would like to speak with the OWNER, because once again I was advised by another employee that the GM DOES NOT know what he's talking about which obviously is causing great controversy between patrons and workers. The woman who was yelling at me even stated at some point she would SLAP me if I was her daughter. The OWNER could not possibly know that this sort of behavior is happening at his establishment. I'm appalled and need answers. The last four of my invoice is **** I'm totally disappointed with the service here.

      Ms ******** s 2009 dodge was impounded for being on a complex we have a contract with for not having a parking permit. she was calling every day asking about van she wanted to get tags off vehicle. dispatch told her to remove tags she would have to turn over title or pay full impound fee after she explain she have to get a new title that may take time she came back to pay full amount that includes impound fee at 350.00 admin fee 45.00 and storage fee at 15.00 dollars a day. she paid fee and went on to lot removed her tags said she had a tow truck coming to pick up van up I ask her if she want me to put on street for her she said no she did not want to get towed for not having tags on van..she said someone was coming the same day or early the next day. I told her that after 24 hours after it paid for and not remove storage fee will start at no time did we discuss fees cause she said it will be gone within 24hrs. she did not have van removed by that time. storage fee at private rates applied at 30.00 dollars a day. her vehicle is not impounded at this time it here for storage. at no time was any of my dispatchers were rude to her. she called everyday with same questions and got the same answers.

      Wow! I called here everyday with questions? Then why would I have two certified letters from the company trying to reach me? 🤔 It's nice to know that a GM would defend such ignorant, inappropriate and disrespectful behavior from employees to try covering up their foolishness. I'm also glad that I recorded the SECOND phone call made to this establishment considering how i was mistreated while on their premises. I even pulled the GM outside to explain what had happened with the first young lady, but now it never happened? 🤔 I can and am willing to provide the call history to this establishment from my phone carrier showing my call history. After the first bad encounter here I NEVER planned on calling here again until I was ready to retrieve the vehicle. The vehicle was not in my possession at the time it was towed, and I'm not disputing the tow, However my complaint and concerns are with two female employees that should not be working here and definitely could use customer service training and so could the GM. A good GM would have first apologized to the patrons regardless if he felt the employees were wrong or not! But that just goes to show what type of people they really are. It sounds good to respond with fees and protocols which clearly wasn't explained to that extent to me from the start. Yes some thing's were mentioned but not thoroughly and that's where the discrepancies came in. The GM tells me one thing, and when I call back at least TWO WEEKS later, the dispatcher is very ignorant and rude telling me otherwise. Thanks to the female manager I spoke with on the same day after speaking with the second rude dispatcher that had common sense to apologize and try resolving the issue, but the damage was already done. I would NEVER do business here and wouldn't refer anyone else to either.
