            i informed agents with fila on 2/7/24 that a i only received 3 of the 5 pair of shoes that i paid for first, i was told i would recveive a email confirmation of the issue, then i called on he 2/8/24 cause i didnt receive the dlaim info then i spoke to 2 agents one agent was very rude and would not allow me to speak to a supervior then i spoke wth a second agent who was asking me the same questions the lady asked me the day before as if no claim was ever put in now I need to know what they are going to do about money that i am owed if nothing then i need ot file chargeback with my bank and i dont have time to be dealing with agents who are limiting me on information..

            I have always worn sports/tennis/running shoes by *** ******** ***** *****, etc. for years, but 7 months ago I bought Fila shoes on ******, but their soles wore through in 6 months. I file a quality claim on Fila website (ref:_00D1Uy27y._5001U12new5:ref), but they quickly rejected it. I hope that customers will learn about their low quality on their own experience. As for me, I bought Fila for the first and LAST time.
