    I contacted premiere property management on 6/14/2022 via emailadvising that I did not receive a payment that a tenant made on 6/10/2022. Starr B*** my property manager advised via email. That I will not receive the payment from the tenant made on the 10th of June for property 1****************** until the following month. I asked her to release the money sooner since I never had this issue before. My request was ignored. On June 17, 2022 I called the management office however Charles nor starr were in the office that day. I called the Baltimore city sheriff's office to see if an eviction had been scheduled for ***************** Baltimore Maryland. However an eviction had not been scheduled and the office was closed the following Monday. I scheduled my own eviction for the tenant on *************. On June 20, 2022. I advised I am not pleased with their services and I wish to cancel. I was told that I would be charged $1000 per each property they manage. Their actions are egregious.

    First I want to say that these people are scammers and very unprofessional. I was exchanging housing information with a guy named Mr. ****** who owns ****** ************* in Baltimore Maryland and he is the one who had told me about Premier management leasing services he told me about a property ******************** (condo) that I had not even viewed before, I had only seen pictures. And told me to fill out an application which I spent $40 on that I already really didn't have. I support me and my children on my own. I don't have a job right now because I stay at home and take care of my children. This $40 was from my refund money. That I also need to move etc, and use to fill out other housing applications. I don't have time for people like this who don't care what their actions do to the others. Senseless and ignorant. I called March 7th left a message on their line because I needed help filling out their application. I got no response from these people at all. So, I just went ahead and filled the app out March 8th. When you fill out housing applications you are supposed to hear back within a week. I called for weeks straight and got no response. These people did not contact back what so ever me until the end of March going into April to let me know they weren't accepting specific applicants like me, section 8 applicants and that they had cancelled my application for that reason. Mr. ****** told me they were accepting prior to March 7th sent my voucher over to them and everything. It is April 4th and Mr. Charles B****** finally decided to email back and let me know I wasn't approved for the "property" and him and his employers also refused to refund me my money back for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism on their behalf. Again I never got a chance to see the property at all just filled out the application and never heard back from them until almost a month later. I want my money back. I will and would never refer these slums to anyone. At all.
